Performance Bicycle

Went here to get a new spoke for my wheel. There were 2 employees working, one working on a bike and one helping me find a spoke. While one was helping me, the other incessantly tried convincing me not to true my own wheel after I insisted multiple times I wanted to do it myself out of pure curiosity and at my own risk. The other one, seemingly annoyed at my exchange with his coworker, helped me with another bike part then checked me out. I get home and start trying to fix my wheel only to find he sold me the wrong size spoke!!!!!! Even with wheel in hand!!!!!!!! Should've had his pro bike mechanic coworker help me out instead. Go to Bike Source just a minute around the corner for exponentially better service.

So I dropped off my bike, it needed a tune-up, I was getting a clicking sound from the crank. So I wanted the tech to check the bearings, also new brakes, tune-up the gear shifts, and a new back tire. The service dept took a couple of days longer than I expected but home boys did a great job on my bike! They gave me a new shifter and a new gear cluster on the rear wheel. I didn't even notice the new equipment until I got home, Great Job!!!

Good experience! Was shopping for a helmet with specific features. Found the helmet I was looking for and on sale $10 cheaper than I could find online.
