I had a great experience at this shop. Nathan took time to explain the cause of my issue so I can handle it myself in the future.  A+ customer service.

Excellent place and knowledgeable people. I called on Labor Day and Nathan helped me over the phone. We got what we needed that day from the shop.

Friendly and experienced staff. A gentleman talked to me about a X-Caliber 7, discussing the best size frame for me and the specs about the bike. Test rode it in the parking lot.  Walked out with a amazing bike for the price. The gentleman who helped me gave me the name of a MTB trail ( Sherman's branch ), which was the perfect trail to ride my new bike ( feels like a beast, very fast also ),  this MTB trail is now my favorite. 
The store has a great selection on all bikes, along with great prices.
Even though this location is a little over an hour away from me, i will be coming back in the future.

Very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for bike repair or purchasing a new bike
