Skinny Wheels Bike Shop

The owner, Eric, stayed late several times to accommodate my work schedule and help find the perfect bike for my needs and budget. He and his brother Scott, the mechanic, both went out of their way to make me feel welcome and get me the bike I needed and the setup right. I look forward to future business!

Skinny Wheels is a great local business and shop! I began with just wanting a nice commuter bike, which he did an awesome job helping me with. Months later I was interested in getting into road biking and he helped me find a good intro level road bike! He never tried to oversell me and let me go at my own pace. He also encouraged me to join group rides. After several months of that I became hooked. Skinny Wheels cares about the community as well. They are involved in local downtown development and sponsor events when they are able.

Guys will go out of their way for you. Friendly, they'll attempt to find you exactly what you need and order something if what they have isn't it. I have known Eric for several years now and will continue to go to him. They do great work and all a reasonable price. I have moved from Salisbury to Charlotte but like all the others in the last several years, I'll be buying my next bike from Eric.

Love Skinny Wheels! Local bike shop with a great inventory and knowledgeable staff. I have several bikes ranging from modern carbon fiber to classic 60s. They've kept them rolling and shifting smoothly for years. They also have group rides for beginners to expert. Nice to have a local shop that so involved with the community.

Eric and all the folks at Skinny Wheels Bike Shop were extremely helpful in helping me select my first mountain bike. They were extremely knowledgeable and did not try to over sell me on a bike, they made me feel very comfortable in choosing a bike. I'm extremely happy and excited about this new outlet for exercise. I would suggest that if you are looking for a new bike and want to deal with folks that are interested in you getting what you need and want in a bike, go to Skinny wheel and see Eric.
