I've been to a lot of bike shops in Charlotte, and these guys are not only the most reasonably priced shop in town, but they have a great service team as well.

This place is awesome. One of the best bike selections in Charlotte, and certainly top quality gear. This is definitely my go-to place when buying a bike I know I can trust, and one which will last. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. They're professional, and will give you a non-biased, honest opinion on product.

Great selection and service. I have purchased two bikes here and several accessories have been very happy with everything. I purchased a bike and bike rack and was there at closing time (which I felt horrible about) but they still took the time to assemble the rack and install it on my Jeep for me. They stayed after hours, without a complaint just ensure that my bike was in tune and safely secured to my vehicle before I left. Awesome store and employees!

Great large selection of bikes with many custom parts that can be added to it. It's a good store with good service. It's a good store with nice service and worth checking out, not the best place you'll find but it's pretty well maintained and there are always tons of sales.
