Trek Bicycle Store of Charlotte - North

My girlfriend and I came in because I wanted to get a bike and she was undecided on purchasing one. We spent quite a while at the shop and received great service and input from the technicians there. They even ordered her a bike that she could decide whether to buy after it arrived. When we returned to pick up our bikes we were treated with every attention to detail (thanks Jason!) and provided top-notch service. Couldn't be happier with the bike, service, and overall experience!

Professional, friendly staff that acts in the best interest of the customer. I brought my broken bike in after failing to fix it myself. Alex educated me for 45 minutes on all the steps and tools needed while doing the actual bike repair. I will be coming back for all my bicycle maintenance and equipment.

I brought in a mid 70’s bike for tires and was blown away by the effort and attention the staff gave to this project. It took a few tries to find tires that would work on the old rims but their solution was fantastic! They went above and beyond to work on other parts of the bike that I didn’t know could be improved upon and when I came to pick it up, I could not believe how nice it looked! Their efforts were amazing and appreciated. This was the second time I had been here (the first of which was for tires on a newer bike) and would absolutely recommend them to everyone!

Amazing service, but repair parts can be a bit expensive. In today's repair example, I'm ok with paying $40 for a $28 chain replacement + $10 to install it as I brought my bike by after breaking it and they quickly fixed it while I waited. Solid, knowledgeable staff.

Alex is service is a real asset to Trek. Helped me in minutes! Made all recommendations for service of my bike without overselling. Will be back as my family's bikes need service.
