Phil's Bicycle World

Phil and his crew are the friendliest and most skilled bike shop dudes I've encountered. The city of Florence is so lucky to have this team around. They are an amazing resource so don't hesitate to visit them and ask questions. They are amazing bicycle mechanics, too, and are capable of servicing any bicycle.

I always say decide for yourself.....just today we bought a bike there for my 8yo, and the sales people were great.They measured her got her the right size bike,looked over colors, options and all. Made sure that all the components were tight n right, tire pressure on point and accessories and questions all tide up before we were out the door. We'll go back again for sure. L

Steven is Awesome!!! I don't live in Florence, but I had business there so I stopped in. I've been looking to upgrade my bike, but my local stores did not have the bikes I was interested in available to see or ride. They would order anything for me, but I did not want to be stuck with a bike that was like the one I test rode except with wider tires and different shifter and a woman''s frame etc. Phil's Bicycle World was awesome. They had a variety of bikes and let me ride any of them. They have a trail right out their back door. I rode the bikes that interested me. Steven, the salesman was knowledgeable and answered all my noob questions with much patience. He made me feel comfortable. He listened to me and made suggestions without pressure. Ultimately he helped me to determine what I needed with the correct fit. I almost didn't stop but, ultimately ordered the exact one I want. I found out they were having a sale the next day and they said they will discount me the sale price. Made me so happy I ordered more stuff
