My animals were well taken care of, litter always scooped, and dogs got walked every day while I was away! I loved that there was a checklist to let me see what was done every day while I was gone. Would definitely use this service again.

As a previous employee of this company, I beg of you NOT to use this service. The basic ins & outs: the owner over schedules employees to the point where she directly asks them to cut the visits/walks for the dogs short, sometimes by half or more. She has people NOT employed (& therefore uninsured) by the company take over visits. The owner herself is unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and disrespectful. She seems to care much more about the money than the welfare of the animals. I (along with 2 others I hope will also pitch in to review) quit once realizing how poorly the business was run. I highly recommend using a different service, as it is NOT worth your money. You pay for 30 minutes, and in many cases are only given 5-10 minutes of time for your animal. As most know, it's the time spent with the animal that counts. At the rate of $16/"half hour" (which employees are forced to cut down to 20 or less most days), it isn't worth it.
