Best Friends Pet Hotel

Had my dog here for a couple of months everything seemed great, besides a few minor disagreements with when I asked them to feed him lunch. Didnt come home tired when he attended but that could be his breed. Then I was talking to someone at my work who used to bring their dog there and they said check the cameras to make sure hes playing because they would see their dog then all of a sudden he wasnt there. My puppy was in the puppy play group so 2 hours of play is supposed to be what he gets however, after taking my coworkers advice I started to check the cameras I realized he was not getting those two hours. In one incident he was taken out of the playgroup while I was watching the camera. When I picked up that night I asked them why he was taken out While the other dogs continued to play and all I got was excuses and the manager said that she didnt know “what I saw or think I saw”. I thought that was rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone and if your dog attends check the cameras!

We've been using Best Friends for over 20 years now. Our first dog loved it there, and when she passed away and we got a new puppy, we introduced her right away. She's now 13, and it's great that as soon as we walk through the door, they know her, and even remember our old dog. They are so friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. It's also a testament that the same people that were there 20 years ago, are still employed there. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

Tyngsboro location is a fantastic place - with caring people. They take good care of my pup and it's the only place I feel comfortable leaving him at - whether it be for an overnight or a groom. Thank you!

Best Friends is truly a great place! They know my pup as soon as she walks in the door and always give great reports. I love that they send pictures to say "hello" and wish they would actually send more, it's great to see that my dog is doing well when I am so close with her! Will be back over and over again. Even was able to have them trim her nails, which she hates! Amazing place and with kind people.
