Parker John's BBQ & Pizza - Menasha

Pretty good. We've been there twice. The first we for pizza, which we really enjoyed. This time we tried a few other things. No complaints. A LOT of food, so go hungry. The decor is modern rustic which fits it perfectoy. Staff has been friendly both times. A little wait, but not horrible. Very large bar area.

This was some very good Wisconsin BBQ. I had the catfish. It was excellent. Perfectly fried and the cajun tartar sauce was a perfect touch. The place was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be going again.

We were very unhappy that we could not be seated because we had three more joining us. We were told that it's the manager's policy to only seat complete groups. When we were seated, it was at two tables that could easily been given to us 20 minutes earlier since the restaurant wasn't busy. Server was awesome. Food was okay but very few options for sides for gluten free. Glad to see Udi's buns though. Appetizers and drinks came quick. Meals took longer than expected.

Not into writing reviews but had to because of the disappointment of eating at Parker Johns. First ordered the burnt ends as a appetizer and they were cold. Then ordered the Brisket/Rib platter and specifically asked the waitress to make sure it did not come out cold like the burnt ends. Much to my dismay the brisket was cold. Sent it back and guess what cold again, not even warm. You think they would have learned from their first mistake. Ended up getting more ribs which the first batch was warm and delicious. The second were mostly over done maybe because they did not want to send out more cold food. Sorry this was my experience. Doubt we'll go back.

The food is pretty good. The staff is very attentive. But avoid the bar stools. They are somehow awkward to sit and be comfortable. The chairs somehow force you to sit/slide forward towards the bar. Numerous people in our group agreed that there is something wrong with the bar stools.
