You get what you expect. A lot of cheap disposable stuff to help fill the landfills quicker. Great place to get balloons for a party though.

Worst customer service ever!!!!!! I brought in a few items to return without a receipt which I purchased on a credit card. Most companies can return the item with the card that was used to purchase it and credit the customers card back. Not this Party City! When trying to clarify their return policy, the clerk, Greg, got agitated and was very rude in answering my questions! He said I could either receive store credit or pick something else out. I didn't want anything else nor do I want a store credit! I will not be going back to this store EVER! This store does not even deserve a one star rating!
