Party City

I bought a balloon and it lost its helium in a day. I took it back and they filled up a new one for me after checking my receipt. Very good customer service!

We visit this store a lot for theatre and school supplies. They usually have just what we need, though sometimes not in the quantity we are looking for. If I had one critique, I would wish they had better store-to-store cooperation/communication, but I realize this would come from a corporate level and is not a fault of the location. Every staff person we've encountered has been extremely helpful and has good knowledge of their stock and product. It is well-organized, and most of our visits are quick because of the ease of finding items and the attentiveness of the staff.

So disappointed in the store. I bought an overpriced balloon for a prop for some pictures and within a half hour the balloon was already deflating. I was told I had to come back to replace or get a refund and I informed the lady I did not have time to drive over a half hour out of my way as the pictures were going to be done in a couple hours. I will not be using Party City anymore. POOR SERVICE. I would give them no stars if that was possible.

I had an excellent experience at this store. I came in the night before Halloween and had fairly specific requests on what I was looking for. Nikki(sp) was the associate who helped me, and not only did she have a great knowledge of their inventory, she was very helpful in taking me to the different areas of the costume section where I would find things. All the people working were very friendly, which was extra nice as I imagine they are all very much looking forward to the return to normalcy after Haloween is over. Top marks for everyone, thank you Chanhassen Party City.
