Party City

Went in looking for an item I saw on the website. Looked through all the aisles before asking an employee. When I asked about a particular item the lady responded with an attitude about how am I supposed to expect everything on the website to be in stores. She didn't even try to attempt to help find something similar. This was my first time at this location and first impressions say everything. Won't be back due to lack of customer service.

This location is HUGE. As with most Party City's that I have been to, depending on when you go, they seem to be understaffed. The staff that is there, if you happen to catch someone, is friendly and helpful. Have gotten helium balloons in a pinch and they were very accommodating. I generally try to preorder so as not to tie up the staff that is there for too long, but sometimes, it is unavoidable.

The girl at the register showed no interest in helping me with my request, so she called the manager in charge (Jon) which was super rude answering my question about one of the products. So disappointing!

The employees were extremely friendly and helpful in my search for a particular item thought I doubt any of them have worked there for a long time based on their knowledge of the store. The store it’s self was surprisingly clean for the Halloween rush and it is easy to navigate.

Lots of decorations for all occasions, a little spendy.
