Party City

It has a good selection. It's a bit difficult to navigate because things seem to be in multiple places. I was looking for small gift bags and there were some in the bridal section, the clearance section and in the party section, arranged by color. There wasn't anyone in the aisles to ask for help. There appeared to be two people working, one was helping a customer with ballons and the other was at the register. The store was a little disorganized. Items were in the wrong places, making it difficult to determine their price or if there were more or if there were different colors. It's frustrating if you find something, it's in the wrong place (which you don't know) and you think it's one price, only to find it's not that price. I really would love price check scanners so that I can determine the price or perhaps an app or in-store program to tell you which aisle to look, like Home Depot.

The ONLY time I've come here, the two girls working behind the counter were too busy complaining about how much they hated working there to help me. What should have taken maybe 10mins top, took over half an hour.

Very friendly place. Walked in and was immediately greeted by staff, as well as everyone else who walked in after me. I needed a balloon for my son's birthday and Adam was very helpful. Helped me pick out the perfect accent balloons to match, and even suggested ways to keep them looking perfect until the party. Drove 20 mins to go to this specific store since I've always had good luck here and great service! Thank you again, Adam!
