Party City

If I could give zero stars I would.... horrible service!!!! I called a few days ahead to see if they had what I wanted...I wanted 2 single foil helium balloons...one blue paw patrol for my son and one pink paw patrol for my daughter...not the packs but single balloons!! They told me over the phone that yes they definitely had them. I went in today and no one greeted me, I eventually found 2 staff members just talking away to eachother and I actually had to stop them from talking to ask them for help....cuz you know standing right in front of them stairing at them was not enough lol...anyway...I asked them if they could help me find the paw patrol balloons I was looking for...without even looking up they pointed at the cash and said you have to ask them the balloons are all behind the cash...and then continued with their non work related conversation... Rudest customer service ever!!! So I go to the cash but there's a line that takes me at least 10 mins to get through....when I finally do...I tell the cashier what I want and she tells me that they don't have what I want...they don't even carry it!!! By this time I'm ready to explode!!! I was like " what do you mean you don't have it!!?? I called a few days ago and you guaranteed me that you have it!!!" I'm from out of town...so it's a 30 min drive there and another 30min drive back home!! With the cost of gas today going on a goose chase all over the region is not possible!! So this store is a big waste of time do yourself a favor and don't shop there. PS If went to party max a 14 min drive from there and THEY had everything I wanted and even a few other things I didn't know I wanted that party city doesn't have..they had great customer service, greeted me with a smile when i walked in, gave eye contact, helped me find what I wanted and I was in and out of there within 5 mins or less!!! I TOTALLY RECOMMEND GOING TO PARTY MAX!!!

Great store, with just about everything you could imagine you would need for an amazing party, the staff did not seem particularly happy to be there however which made the experience a little underwhelming

Can be a bit pricey but this place will Make your kids birthday party special!! Balloons, favours, wrapping paper, gift bags... cmon!
