Party City

This is the second time I have ordered balloon for my sons birthday party that they weren’t ready. A week before I purchased the balloons and told the lady they must be ready at 10:00 otherwise my son will be late to his own birthday party. Well... they were not ready. It took them 20 mins to blow up 6 balloons and not once did they say sorry. Then they wanted me to go stand in line to get my 2.00 refund for the bag they didn’t use. I will never order from them again! I will take my business elsewhere. PS.... there were a lot of unhappy parents inline because theirs weren’t done either!!!!

We brought huge balloons that we bought on Amazon to get filled up. Way cheaper than renting a tank.

Extremely rude employee, specifically the old man with glasses. Did not want to accept our $100 bill, made us pay with credit. Sorry for trying to give your company some business.

Caught them setting up for Halloween so things were a bit disorganized but it's for the greater good. Can't wait to see all of the fabulous Halloween stuff once it's all unpacked. And we did end up finding all of the spirit wear stuff that we were looking for.
