What a unique restaurant! We got there at 515 on a Friday, had a 20 minute wait. This was easily the best pork tenderloin I've ever had. The food is almost no nonsense, not flashy or covered in sauces. I also got the 4 layer chocolate cake, which was fantastic. I'm only docking a point because: parking is awful, and the building had a stale, almost musty smell. We'll go again, and bring out of town guests!

Such a cool tucked away place! It's use to be a retreat center so in a perfect spot. It's a old house turned into a steakhouse. Don't get steak a lot so can't compare much but what I had was one of the best ones I've ever had. Super tender and flavorful. The staff are extremely hospitable and friendly. Great place for a date or treat yourself. They have a bar on one end and every meal comes with a salad bar. They have a covers deck that is really nice as well. Go check it out.

The Peddler Steakhouse is known for their excellent choice in steaks and prime rib. You can even request to choose your cut of meat. Wonderful salad bar, service and ambiance. Fireplaces are located in a couple of dining areas. I highly recommend them.

This place is a gem of local history, charm and delicious steaks. The building reminds me of some of the pubs and restaurants we visited in Ireland - cozy, decorated with memorabilia and staffed by family that wants to give you the best experience possible. We were celebrating and had the best service from start to finish. Sure, there are other fancier, stuffier restaurants with steaks that cost twice as much. Save your money and go the Peddler!

Has some of the best steak ever. A no frills, old-fashioned steakhouse, with a rustic interior. Steak is so good and tender one does not need to use steak sauce, in fact I highly recommend you at least try the meat as it comes.
