Consistent delivery of quality... I have been many times to the Rock Hill Long Horn, which is, in my opinion, the best local place for steaks. The service is consistently good and the quality of the food is very dependable. Kudos to the management! It is pretty obvious that customer satisfaction is number one. I never had a bad steak or poor service there.

Good food. Waitress had a difficult time dividing the bill for the party I was with and did not honor my coupon for a free appetizer with one adult dinner meal. I decided to just to pay for it anyway. Otherwise, a good place to enjoy a good meal.

Food was great. My husband and I came with my parents. After dinner, we sat and chatted for a bit and we never felt rushed at any point. Great atmosphere and staff.

Service was great, food was great. I had not eaten here in quite a while but looks like it is being managed very well. The food was cooked right on and looked great and the servers were constantly following up with their customers. Very nice.

The food was delicious and service was faster than I expected. We will definitely return and will recommend this place to our friends.
