LongHorn Steakhouse

We went to this place hoping to have good dinner. Unfortunately, it didn't goes well. I found this bug or whatever insect it is called on my salad. My husband reaches out to the manager and offer another salad. I didn't eat the salad instead. I feel disgusted about it and it seems like they just removed the ”bug” on the bowl and put some on it, because I can still see the old dressing around the bowl.After they give the salad to us. The manager don't even come and check us again. It seems like the manager don't know how to deal about this problem. Very unprofessional. I will never go back in this place again!

The prices are a little high for the kind of food that they serve, but none the less, the food is pretty good. This place stands to be quite busy especially in the evenings, so go earlier than you anticipate to eat. I usually find that there's anywhere between a 20 to 45 minute wait when I go here. The servers are always really nice though. Great place to get a steak!

Said it would be about 45 minutes. Sat at bar with the remote. Hour and half later no calls for our table. Remote never went off and no one called our name. Went up front and complained. A boy rolled his eyes and said big deal. Every time he walked by our table the rolled his eyes with a bad attitude. Very disappointed in the attitude. Need to find a different restaurant for good steaks. Didn't appreciate the whole afternoon.

Went for my daughters birthday. Our server was Michael! What a sweet, helpful, server, He stopped by numerous times to make sure all was alright. He cared about his customers. We appreciate the service& kindness he offered, will most definitely request he at next visit.

4 of 5 stars because they are good but they have done better before. We went on a week day. Should have gone when they were busy.
