Really liked this place. Great assortment of steak cuts in beef, lamb, chicken and pineapple. You can select the level of seasoning as well. Recommended to go in groups of 4 and do make sure that you reserve in advance if possible. The waiters are very cordial. Very pleasing atmosphere. Birthday months are $10 off so might cash on that. Highly recommended.

Go hungry, and leave stuffed. The food and service were great. Plenty of meats to choose from and they are always circulating. Great Brazilian steakhouse at very reasonable price.

After trying out Rioz this evening, I cannot in good conscience recommend it. While there is definitely a solid variety of meats that will be brought around, almost all of them were overcooked and stringy/chewy. In one case (chicken), it tasted like it was spoiling. Luckily it's hard to screw up the pineapple, so I relied heavily on that as a palate cleanser. (Only having the water/drinks come around 1-2 times was a bit rough, too.)
The environment was loud with background music and nearby patrons, which really limited conversational potential, and there doesn't feel like much breathing room at all except in the salad bar area.
I do not see myself ever being convinced to return.

This is one of the worst Brazilian steakhouses I have ever eaten at. The salad bar is a joke. They have better food at Golden Corral. The potatoes were not completely done. The service provided by our cable waiter was poor. Halfway through the meal we had to ask for our bread. At the end of the meal we had to cancel our coffee order which was not brought in a timely manner having to wait almost 15 minutes. The only positive thing I can say is the meat was good and the Gauchos were punctual in bringing it around.

After years of saying, “I want to try a Brazilian steakhouse,” tonight was the night. Rioz is situated on “restaurant row” near Columbiana Centre. For $35 a person, you’ll get an all-you-can-eat salad bar and all-you-can-eat beef, chicken, and lamb. Gauchos bring around spits of meat. If the meat is cooked to a doneness you prefer, just ask and they'll see to it that you're served quickly. The only downside tonight was that some of the meat (not all) tasted like the gas they used to cook it.
Service was consistent and helpful without being overbearing. A nice dining experience that's great for an every once in a while treat.
