Chili's Grill & Bar

Ordered curbside to go, which in itself is a joke, because you still have to walk in to get it. Order pick time was 6:40, arrived at 6:41.... waited another 20 minutes to get my food. Everything appeared fresh and correct (on the surface). I proceeded to drive the 15 minutes to my house. I ordered steak fajitas and I would swear the steak tasted the same way I would imagine the rubber sole of a shoe would taste like. Disgusting, water logged, and chewy. It was inedible so basically I paid $16 to eat veggie fajitas. I gave them two stars because my kids enjoyed their food. Will not return to this location again as it was the 2nd time I've had a terrible experience. I'd rather drive 25 minutes to the Columbia location where I know I will get timely service and great, EDIBLE food.

I used to love chili’s it was where I went with friends and family but the past 5 times I have gone to this location I have had an issue. Weather it’s the food or the staff there was always an issue. Plus, your day shift workers are absolutely rude and I’ve had issues with the host that is pregnant multiple times. The manager says she’s like that because she’s pregnant , but I’m sorry you don’t laugh at customers. Will not be coming to this location anymore.

Usually great food and service. Except for today's lunch. My husband ordered the trio fajita, half the food was cooked thru other half was red and raw. When the manager came over he argued that fajitas come rare and nothing was wrong with his food. I'm sorry but customer service and management at that shouldn't be arguing about raw food! He then went to yelling at our server in the lobby. Very unprofessional!!

Great service. We had the 3 way fajitas tonight the chicken and shrimp was delicious but couldn't even chew the steak

The staff here is usually amazing and friendly, the food is always great, and any issue we have ever had the staff/management have always been great about getting it fixed. Best place to sit down and eat in Camden!
