My boyfriend and I like trying new places, and we weren’t disappointed. Last night was our first time eating here, so the hostess took extra time to explain their ordering process. To be fair it is a little different than a typical American restaurant, but I appreciate the authenticity and they were very patient and willing to explain everything. She was up front about wait times (because everything is made from scratch), and we were told 45 minutes to an hour for pizza. I appreciate knowing what to expect, and we had plenty of time to enjoy some appetizers so we stuck around. Glad we did! Pizza came out closer to 30 minutes, enjoyed a nice house cab and bruschetta in the mean time. All of the food was delicious (again, not typical American pizza, it is thin crust, light-flavorful sauces, and fresh cheeses), but we are foodies and enjoy trying things from different cultures! Try the cheese cake bites! We will be back!

Beautiful family owned restaurant that really knows how to cook! The atmosphere is family friendly and inviting to all. The food is delicious and makes you want to keep coming back for more. We have enjoyed our few trips and intend to continue going here!

This was probably the best pizza I've ever had. If you go the first time you go you should sit in the restaurant even if you don't normally sit in at restaurants because of the way the pizza is made it doesn't seem like it would travel well. If you you are in the area and had never been it's definitely worth it. The pizza is really lightweight, fresh and just exceptional.

I love this place. Every time I drive down to Aiken to visit my sister I eat here. Heck, I've driven down to Aiken from Columbia just for a pie. I love the char on the crust, the sauce is great, and if I had the time I'd pay the owner to teach me how he makes the pizzas! The reviewers who complain about the pizza obviously did not read the menu or one of the many postings in the restaurant explaining the pizza process. I've seen customers say stuff about the pizza many times and it must be exhausting to deal with all of the ignoramuses. My favorite pie is the Vesuvius and of course canolis for dessert. I wish I could bestow a bonus star because the owner's responses to the foolish negative comments are comedy gold!

Great food! Even though I have never been to Italy, I feel like the food is very authentic. Take time to read all the various informational write ups in the menu and around the dining room, they help explain what to expect when eating authentic Neapolitan pizza. It was nice to learn about the cuisine. Definitely make sure to save room for dessert.
