The Brick Chicken

Kids nachos burnt twice. Sweet tea rotten. Chicken strips and fries were good, but couldn't play pool on Saturday night due to trivia game. Usually pretty good place.

We love the happy hour here! Great deals on food and drinks. My only critique is that the service is usually pretty slow and they seem to be short-staffed most of the time.

Very tasty burger and fries. More than enough food for two days! Staff was very nice and the place was clean. Worth trying out!

I have only been able to go once but it was a nice place to take my wife and meet her friends.

We stood at the door waiting on someone to even look our way a ringing phone had the hostess girl running. Then we were seated and ignored for about 10 min. Same girl finally went by and I asked her what soup they had. She had no idea and went to go check. She came back a few min later told me French onion then disappeared again other waitress went by us several times and didn’t even acknowledge us. Finally girl 1 comes back to get our drink order we gave her our complete order and she disappeared again.... we sat no drinks for another 10 min we ordered a Guinness and waters. Finally the other waitress working a completely different area asked if we had been helped I said yes we put in the order and still hadn’t gotten drinks. She returns with them and went to check on our order. Finally girl 1 comes out with our soup and salad. And we waited and waited then my husbands order comes out and without my sandwich... it was not even put in ....... now I’m really pissed. The other waitress that brought out my husbands food said she put my sub in as a rush. My husband was done with 2 appetizers and it finally came out. The sandwich was and chicken parm it looked more like a grinder and the sauce tasted like a pizza sauce. I was not impressed or very happy. When we got the bill it was not discounted for the mistake we asked to talk to the manager and the bar tender came over we explained the whole visit and she did cancel our bill. That was more than we wanted and told her so she asked that we give another chance and that our experience was unacceptable. We will give you all another try but it may be awhile.
