Tega Cay Village Pizza and Italian Restaurant

Food is very good, service is great, and prices are low which is why it’s very popular with families and big groups. The All You Can Eat Buffet which includes pizza, pasta, and salad bar, is $8.50 for adults and $3.50 (I think) for kids is a good value. Service is very good - most or all the servers look to be high school age and are friendly and attentive. I like that their pizza has a somewhat thin crust, and they put new pies out regularly. Good selection of salad bar items, and the Cannoli is a pretty darn good dessert option.

Very disappointing. Food was ok, just not much of it. I walked in at 1pm and there was one pizza tray on the bar with 3 slices on it, and 11 people in the place eating. I figured maybe they were getting ready to refill the bar, and got 1 of the 3 slices. About 8 min later one new tray came out...and 6 of us immediately got up from our respective tables to get some. Needless to say there were 2 slices left on that tray after we went back to our seats. Another tray came out 6 min later and 3 of the previous 6 got up for some of that before they had finished what was on their plates, and a few others got up for more pizza. Tray empty. 8 min before 2 trays came up, one of those being bbq chicken pizza.... Several people got up quickly again before their plates were full. I could go on, but hopefully you get my point. The number of 4 and 5 star ratings on here surprise me....maybe I was here on a bad day, but not taking another chance to find out.

I absolutely love this place for the pizza buffet on Monday nights and kids eat free. This is honestly some of the best pizza that I've had since I've moved down here from New York. Make sure you try "the wheel" it's to die for!

Good price. Good service. Willing to wait on people equally matched with day, even within the last hours of being open. Great food when fresh. If something sits under heater it will over cook as would be normal . Definitely worth it.

Love there pizza! Texture of dough is my favorite. Friendly staff makes it a place to keep attending
