Performance Chevrolet

My experience with Performance Chevrolet was a great one. I enjoyed meeting several of the staff, including our salesman, Todd; and others, including Chris, Zach, and Christina. All of the staff made us feel welcome, much like we were among friends. It was a welcome relief from past experiences, where we felt pushed into buying a vehicle we didn't want. We were made to feel at home at Performance Chevrolet; it was by far the best experience my family has had purchasing a vehicle. Todd and the other staff walked us through the process as quickly and painlessly as possible. I would absolutely recommend Performance Chevrolet if you are in the market for a new vehicle. Here at Performance Chevrolet you will meet some great folks who are ready to help in a friendly, comfortable atmosphere.

Great service and the salesperson, Javon, was courteous. I left with a brand new Equinox fresh off of the truck today. Performance Chevrolet is the greatest!

2nd time this week I came in for a state inspection on a Chevrolet vehicle and the service was fast, professional and polite. I can't say enough about the quality and professionalism the service desk personnel provide. They are outstanding and that is why I return to Performance Chevrolet time after time. I thank you again for the service and look forward to the next time!

(I've have many dealings with Performance and purchased multiple vehicles. This review is strictly for the most recent service appointment.) My car was super clean when it was taken in for oil change and maintenance. My wife took it in. When i checked over the vehicle that evening, i was disturbed to find oily black finger prints all over. I should have taken pictures. I feel better care should have been taken. The least they could have done was wipe or wash the spots off. The rest of the service experience was satisfactory. Prompt service allowed for my wife to be in and out within one hour. Would have given 5 stars if not for the above concern. Sales team gets 5 stars! Overall, we are very happy to recommend this dealership.
