Took my pups in for grooming. Been with Jeanne for years. She always does a great job and is always careful with my dogs. One note: the new see through from grooming windows are great but they'd be better if they were one way glass... When I came in my puppy saw me and started acting up 🙃

It seems that the recent renovation has done this location some good. Its a very clean and modern feel in the store. Since the renovation I have noticed better customer service and staff is even more friendly.

The employees are so courteous, kind and friendly. Additionally, will go steps further to make my shopping pleasant such as asking me how I want my pet food packed and even pay attention to my dog at their busiest time. Petsmart employees need more customer training. Although I like Petsmart, I have noticed the difference.

The first day I called the woman I spoke to was AMAZING. Today I called and the woman I spoke to was so rude! I had questions about walk-ins for future reference because my dog had gone to the dog park last weekend and gotten all muddy. Consider me a lost customer. I called another groomer that advertised walk-ins. Not only was she able to tell me their policy but also direct me to someplace that has a self-serve tub! Sorry Petco, you've lost a grooming customer. My girl is not going to be groomed by someone who cannot respect their customers. She's been injured at the groomers before, won't let it happen again by someone who doesn't care. Update: called again on Saturday 3/4/18 and received even WORSE customer service over the phone. The woman would not let me get a single sentence in. She was telling me she would call me back but I could not say anything. I will not be returning.
