Staff are friendly and have your pet’s best interest in mind, however they could have a better selection. Not too much in the way of safe and healthy dental chews, lots of rawhide and bones that could shatter. My dog is a chewer and went through the fake rawhide toy they claimed would last at least a couple weeks. Wish they would carry something like West Paw.

Great customer service and knowledgeable, friendly staff. Fish are usually good quality and I've never brought them home only find they're sick or infected (which I can't say about many a fish store). Highly recommended.

The best purchase I've ever made was from here. I bought a defective quaker parrot from here- the defect was silliness and attitude. I highly recommend anyone who is up to a challenge to buy a parrot from here. It was the best problem I've ever had!
