PHO BANH

I've only had the Banh Mi's here but I've had them several times and they're so amazing! I can't get over how a sandwich can be so good. The bread in incredible - so soft on the inside and so delicate and crispy on the very outside that it just sheds big flakes. I've had pork, beef, and tofu and the tofu is my go-to now. Even people who don't usually like tofu will like in the Banh Mi's here. Prices are good too and it has a really relaxed, cool looking environment. Google maps says people wait up to 15 minutes but I have to wonder if they're incorrectly figuring in the time people are eating. Whenever I've been, there's been 0 or 1 person ordering in front of me and they've been very fast making the food (under 10 minutes) so it'd be a perfect place for a lunch break.

This was some of the best Pho I've had in a long time. Here's my reasons for a 5 star: - The broth was flavorful and very well balanced. - The noodles were cooked perfectly. - The meats were tender and each of the variety had a fantastic texture. - A generous portion of herbs, jalapeños and bean sprouts. - Excellent value for the price. Overall it's a great place and I'll definitely be coming back.

Fresh ingredients. You can taste the freshness. The food is always delicious, i never complained about their food. Sure it can get busy at times, but you are always welcomed by the smiling staff. They make sure you are satisfied with the order. Take out is convenient, but nothing beats having your food served to you right out of the kitchden, and the environment is great, there's always music on but never to loud. Everything is clean, including bathrooms. As days go by you can tell this place is getting more popularity. It's a great place to feast, to hang out, and to enjoy extraordinary food.

The Pho is amazing! They sure know how to cook that stuff right. The broth is so full of flavor that you could almost make it a drink. Their coffee is great too, very strong will keep you up for days.

An inexpensive, clean, and modern Vietnamese restaurant. The Phò, Bánh Mi, and smoothies are great. The food came very fast and was delicious. I will be back often. This was my first time. Great portions, fresh flavors.
