Pho Saigon

Super authentic. Delicious with a vast Vietnamese cuisine menu to choose from. The PHO is super good too.

This place is a hidden gem and has the best Pho in Roanoke by far. The owners are so nice and friendly, and the food was amazing. They give you large portions and at extremely reasonable prices. An authentic Vietnamese food experience for sure. Their Pho hit the spot on a cold winter evening. Add a little lime juice and sriracha hot sauce and you're all set. I live across town and this is definitely worth the trip.

Nothing but unauthentic, unappetizing dishes and presentation for the price point. One of the worst and most expensive "Vietnamese" restaurants I've ever dined in during my life.

As we entered the restaurant, it looked like any pho restaurants. The restroom was very clean. The pho and grilled pork was okay. The spring roll was great. An eye sore was the little office they made out in the open. Other than that it was not bad. Their taro boba was very good. Elena was very helpful and friendly. Thank you Elena.

Pho Saigon is my favorite place to go for Pho in Roanoke. The beef Pho is traditional - you can get all the cuts of beef that you like in there from tripe to flank steak and brisket. The steak is put in the soup raw and cooked by the heat of the soup - the best way to do it! Like most traditional Pho places you are given condiments (basil, sprouts, jalapeño, siracha, fish sauce and hoi sin) to customize your Pho. In addition to the traditional beef pho there are vegetarian, chicken and fish options. Finally the egg rolls and noodle dishes are pretty good too but I recommend sticking with the cardinal restaurant rule - if the name of the restaurant includes a type of food - that's the best food to order there.
