The food at this restaurant was delicious and authentic. They had a good selection of vegetarian options and were willing to alter some dishes to make them vegetarian. The staff was very friendly and attended to our every need. Food came out super fast. Will visit again!

We consider this place a “regular” spot. The people who work here couldn’t be nice, the food is consistent and good. It’s also refreshing to see the diversity of customers who frequent this restaurant. It’s got a really good community vibe! And plenty of veggie options!

Amazing food!!! My wife and I are vegetarians and the staff was so helpful in explaining each and every vegetarian entree (which they have many options)they had. This was our first time trying Vietnamese food and we absolutely lived it! Will be back here soon.

Consistently delicious food and great service. Their servers are friendly and their food is some of the best Vietnamese I've had - if you like Vietnamese food or just want to try something new, I highly recommend them! My favorite is their broken rice with chicken and shrimp and soft spring rolls - it's always amazing. It's the kind of quality where you know what you're getting, but still can't help but think "Wow..." every time you take that first bite. Their Pho selections are phenomenal too though, you really can't go wrong. Prices are good, portions are good, service is good, food is good... It's all good! No complaints here :)

Short on service, long on options, this place is worth a try. I love Pho - I really do. I also have a good basic understanding of traditional versus Americanized Asian cuisine. Vietnam One is more traditional than most of the big name, big restaurant Pho places around Richmond. They have plenty of options and their ingredients taste fresh and unadultered. Couple of tips from a friend of mine who is a regular: 1. Order by number instead of name - all dishes are numbered, and since service tends to be a bit quick, it helps avoid confusion. 2. Soda is priced by the can. 3. Try soups OTHER than the Pho - they're very good! Overall I like the size of the restaurant, quality of food, and quantity for the money. Stick with a glass of water (or a beer) and you're golden!
