Pivot Physical Therapy

Never called back regarding my insurance plan, staff laughs at you when you can’t pronounce something correctly. I feel disrespected.

As a “ frequent flier “ after a shoulder injury and 2 knee replacements, I can say without hesitation that this Pivot office/location is a highly professional, caring and almost like an extended family group of people, that extends from the PTs to the front desk staff.

Five stars all the way !! After a shoulder malfunction, and researching therapy centers in Arlington, I settled on Pivot PT ~ and am so glad I did. As a new client, I was assigned to Katie [the clinic director], and worked with [was worked over by!] Megan and Maggie. The entire staff group is dedicated, communicative, knowledgeable, and compassionate. If you are in need of PT, I would recommend Pivot/Virginia Square without hesitation.
