The McLean office provided an outstanding experience. The team there has deep expertise and took the time to explain how each exercise and therapy was intended to help my specific injury. The team combined a high level of professionalism with a relaxed and funny atmosphere. I could not recommend them more highly.

There are few therapy offices that will care for you as much as this one does. I've been treated by a number of the therapists from everything to dry needling for my trap, to STEM therapy for my triceps and was given a detailed explanation on what was wrong, and how to avoid it from happening again. I highly recommend them to anyone, they get 5 stars from me.

Being previous employee of Virginia Sportsmedicine Institute, I can proudly say that there are few physical therapy offices in the country that have a collection of experienced professionals that VSI offers. The personalities of the staff are always welcoming, from seeing Aaron at 6:30 in the morning to Alessa at that last 5:45 appointment, patients won't leave dissatisfied. Working at VSI, I was always treated with respect, and I believe every patient we saw was treated with the highest quality care and understanding. As a rehab technician there we prided ourselves on our ability to educate the patient in the best exercises to help them return to activities of daily living, while being a positive encouragement in all aspects of care. Our great physical therapy staff makes sure the patient is always educated on the "why" and "how" of their treatment, as opposed to going through the motions. Patients at VSI can always expect the highest quality care, patient education, and a friendly atmosphere that will support them in tough times. Even after relocating at Virginia Beach I still recommend VSI to anyone I know in Northern Virginia.

Dr. Jacobson was never on time for any of my appointments. They collect the copay really fast. Then you have to wait at least an hour past your appointment time to be seen. My last appointment was moved 3 times and I still waited an hour. I gave up . Looking for new doctor now.
