I've had my 12-year-old Hyundai Tucson in twice recently for major work involving my fuse box, electrical system, and brakes. Extensive, involved work, but they got it done and my car passed inspection. I find them knowledgeable, honest, friendly, convenient, helpful and other attributes worthy of a boy scout. They are also much more economical than most dealerships I have dealt with over the years. As a newcomer to the Cape I am thrilled to find an auto service I can trust.

platinum Auto is everything you would want and more from a Family owned company. Family to this firm is the entire work force and it shown to us the consumer from the way you are are welcomed into the shop to the delivery of your auto. They are always trying to work for you. They will be my auto repair shop for me no matter what type of car I purchase new or used. David Bisbee

Clean guest area, incredible staff and will do what is needed to get you back on the road. Instead of trying to charge me for all new parts for my emergency brake, they were able to fix what I had and saved me a ton of money, and got my truck to pass inspection. They even went out of their way to pre-inspect the truck to ensure to the best of their ability that I would pass. I'll be back very soon, as I have plenty to do on my vehicle!
