I would not recommend this place. I went there after work since my usual auto repair center was closed. I had a small nail in the tread of my tire about 2 inches in from the sidewall of the tire. When the technician first looked at it he said to fix it with a plug it would have to be more towards the center of the tire and also that the tread was getting low so I would need a new tire. The manager was the one who took the tire off the rim and the technician showed me the small finish nail head first in my tire. I was told again that it could not be repaired. I disagreed with him and he then showed me that the head of the nail rotated leaving as surface scratch on the inside of the tire and that this would compromise the tire. I disgreed with him on this as it was a scratch that was barely noticeable and would not impact the structure of the tire. I was then told that the puncture was too close to the sidewall to repair. It was obvious that they kept giving new reasons why they would not fix it. Then I was told they could not fix it since Sullivan Tire would be held liable if anything happened. I told them I would sign a waiver if they would put a plug in but they said no. I have had tire punctures fixed in the past at different places and I have never had an experience like this where the shop is just trying to sell a new tire instead of fixing a tire that is fixable. The next day I took it to the place I always go for my repairs and they said it was not a problem for this tire to be fixed and that I have plenty of tread life left on the tire. The nail was removed and the hole was plugged and it is perfectly fine now. I should have known better to even think of going to Sullivan Tire.

Great customer service. I brought I my company vehicle and they got the oil change done quickly for me. I would definitely recommend them!

I've always had my tires changed at Sullivan tire. The prices in the variety of tires are always THE BEST AND LOWEST. It's the customer service that sits on the part from all the other tire places in the whole state of Massachusetts. I will only go to Sullivan tire now for the rest of my life!

I was a fan of this location of Sullivan Tire until yesterday. Previously, they were always professional and I trusted their service. I would have given them 5 stars before yesterday. I went in yesterday for a state inspection. The guy came out and said that I had to replace my wiper blades before they would give me a sticker. I replace my wipers anytime they start chattering or not cleaning, Trust me, they worked fine--almost like new. I had the vehicle in the Toyota dealership the previous day for 90K service, and I have no doubt that they would have tried to sell me wipers if I needed wipers. In hindsight, I should have asked them to show me what was wrong with my existing wipers. Or, I should have insisted that they fail the vehicle and then taken it to the RMV to get their opinion and filed a complaint. The easiest thing for me to do is to take the vehicle to another place where I had no issues getting an inspection. I felt that they were trying to con me into buying their expensive wipers and labor to install. Instead, they may have lost a customer.
