I would highly recommend this automotive repair shop to anyone. Beeing they're customer for 8 years They always seem to be able to squeeze me in at a moments notice and they do great work at a very fair price. You know when you take your care to Sullivan Tires in Hyannis that they are not just going to tell you there are a bunch of things that need to be fixed just to make money. They give you an honest evaluation and they don't try to up sell you. If you need your car repaired and you don't want to be taken advantage of at the dealer, this is the place.

On their recommendation I purchased new Michelin Latitudes for my Landcruiser. They did an alignment during the install, but after a month the tires already exhibited unusually bad wear on the outer edges. I brought this to their attention and they did another alignment and said it was fine, it must be the way I drive. I moved on with my life, having the tires rotated regularly and now under 2 years later they are completely bald only on outer edges. I went back to Sullivan and they said the early excessive wear must be from the truck being out of alignment and I must have the truck aligned every year. I told them that we both know it's not an alignment issue (unless their alignment is off) because it was happening within a month after two alignments. I asked them if their business would do anything for me given the circumstances in regard to new tires. They told me they would give me $20 off an alignment (after selling me $1,400 tires that wore out before 30,000 miles.) They are absolutely terrible.

My father n law used them for everything. On his mercury mariner. It always ran well. The only thing i have bad to say is upon calling I guess you need an appt. To come in Which I didn't like.. Parking lot is kind of small. Its across from Davis towing. Coffee I believe while you wait Bathroom availble while you wait. Overall we rate them a border line 4 stars

Terrible Prices... Under Staffed... It's NOT the Sullivan Tire Of Old Where You'd Pay Out The Nose, But At Least Get Top Notch Work....NOW, You Pay Through The Top Of Your Head & Get Shoddy Work At Best.
