PleasureLand RV Budget Lot - Brainerd

We went to pleasure land on our Son's recommendation. He was very pleased with the salesman, and the camper he and his wife purchased. We got Ben as our salesman, and he was great. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and never tried to push us into anything out of our price range. I would recommend pleasure land to anyone looking for a camper--and ask for Ben, he's really the best!

At end of Sept our camper was totaled from 3 trees falling on it. We went to Pleasure Land and told Dan what we were interested in spending and he showed us a few and we settled on a 40 foot Breckenridge. He worked with us and we were able to get it delivered at a time that was convenient for us to be there (we live 170 miles away). We were in kind of a rush as it needed to be moved onto our lot by the campground owner using his bobcat due to trees and our large deck. Dan then went out of his way to go back to the campground last week and install the weather sealing around the slide outs as he had to order new ones made and they were not done at time of delivery. Thanks Dan and also thanks to Kevin ! Wonderful service !!!!

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I bought a new camper that needed 2 items replaced. 7 times I was promised a return call regarding this work, not once did I receive a call. I would then call them the following day and was meet with excuse after excuse. I have never even received a follow up call regarding buying a brand new camper from them. Attitudes towards their customers are horrible. I will never buy from here again. I do NOT recommend!

Just bought a used camper at the Brainerd location last week. Dan was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time with us going over the ins and out of our camper. He however wasn't able to show us that our AC was working because he had already fired up the furnace and said the two would counteract each other. This didn't rest well with me but he said the camper got a full inspection and it would be fine. 24 hours later while beginning day 1 of our camping trip we discovered two problems: the AC doesn't work and something keeps tripping the gfi when we plug into a 20 amp. When we returned from our camping trip I contacted our salesman Cody and he was very helpful. He told us the AC was working when camper was inspected. Seems quite strange it wouldn't work for us though and it was never tested in front of us before we drove off the lot. We have to drive another 2 hours to Brainerd but they did agree to do a free 30 minute diagnostic test to see what is going on. I would have given 5 stars if the AC would have been tested in front of us and worked for our first camping trip. I feel funny about the situation right now. I will update my review after seeing how this all plays out and they handle our broken A/C. **UPDATE: our A/C unit was shot. They agreed to split the difference on the cost to replace it. We still had to pay $500. It was definitely better than nothing. We learned our lesson to never sign on the dotted line until all systems haven been proven to be in working condition.
