Pool & Spa Depot of Clarksville

Just moved to the area. Opening our pool, Diane was most helpful. She tested the water, explained what I needed, how to treat the water, and what each item does. The water looks great, her knowledge is above my expectations and she has GREAT customer service. This is the only store I will go to for all of my pool supplies. Thanks for being there !!!

We were there just yesterday. Our salesman Jason was very helpful. He went out of.his way to explain the options and help us get the best deal possible. He gave us his personal cell number in case we had any future questions. I was very happy with the sevice. We haven't had our pool set up yet, but so far I am pleased with our experience and would recommend this store to others looking for a pool!

Went to pool and spa depot today for some much needed help. I worked with Dahnte, Caitlin, and Troy and they were more than friendly. They gave me great advice on getting my pool ready for summer. If you ever need help with your pool, go see any of them because they have the best advice.

I just got a Pool installed from Clarksville Pool and Spa. I was about to cancel my order and get my money back due to the lack of communication. I felt I was getting the run around and was getting tired of it. Caitlin Blaeur contacted me and finally took care of my concerns and kept me informed with the schedule and when I was scheduled. If it was not for her, I would have called it quits got my money back. I feel there is a major problem between the sale and when the install happens. Caitlin Blaeur did say she was new at the job but I think she has added to the Pool and Spa team and will close the gap to the problem that I dealt with so others will not have the same experience as I did. The builders were top notch and could not ask for a better team. They were friendly, prompt, hardworking and knowledgeable about the whole process. I would most likely buy from this company again but I would be a little sterner up front on the install process and scheduling and would request only the builders that installed this pool. Not saying others are not good just saying I could not have asked for a better experience with a building team.

We bought a massage chair from here and had a wonderful experience. Our salesman was patient, accommodating and very helpful. The delivery team, Mitch and Austin we're very nice and made sure the job was done correctly. There was a slight noise that they heard and they stayed until they had it taken care of. They made sure to clean up after themselves and were efficient. I would highly recommend this place.
