Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The service was extremely slow, but they seemed like they were short handed. I believe one of the cooks actually came up to the counter to try and help fill some orders when they got behind. The food was as good as any other Popeye's, and the employees were really trying. I think we may have just caught them on a bad day. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience. At least it was cleaner than a lot of other fast food places.

INTENTIONALLY IGNORED us. The Manager was on the front line when my family stopped to grab a quick bite on a road trip. She served the one other person that was in line before us and served everyone in the drive through line while ignoring our presence. We should have left then. Once everyone else was served she walked into the kitchen area leaving the front line unattended. After about 10 minutes a different girl came from the kitchen area and took our order. She began boxing up our food I'm mediately but it was nearing another 10 miniutes before our food was ready for us. We were given very small peices of shrimp and chicken and a very small portion of fries. We were not welcome here.

Services was very friendly, but they were slow in taking orders and fulfilling the orders.

Double-check your order; it is often wrong. They just don't care. Update (3/1/18): They were rude, slow, and just didn’t care once again. They got our order wrong twice. Twice in a row. This is a sad excuse of a Popeye’s. Go somewhere else, if you can.
