Power Life Yoga Barre Fitness

PLY is great! The whole atmosphere is filled with love, respect, motivation, and fun. You come in, they push you, you work hard, and you feel amazing! I love starting my day with these inspirational people. Regardless if you're new to yoga or a seasoned vet, you will find a home in this studio. Plus, all the other locations are just as fantastic, so no matter where you go, you can't lose!

Power Life Yoga is a great place to begin or continue your yoga journey. I've been a student here for around three years. Great workouts. Excellent instruction. PLY is a community of yogis and there is always great energy in the studio. I love walking in the front door being greeted by awesome people who know my name and welcome me into the studio each time I come to practice. I'm grateful for this space to continue my yoga journey.

The atmosphere at PLY is friendly, inviting and warm (well, more like HOT!). The staff is incredible and their love for all things yoga and fitness is inspiring. They go out of their way to ensure all yogis feel welcome and accepted. PLY inspired my own journey and to start where you are. Thank you PLY and staff!!

I love this studio! The big room with all the windows makes for a wonderful heart-filling practice. All the instructors make you feel grounded, encouraged to try new things, and supported in your practice.

I've been going to Power Life (with the downtown location as my primary studio) for 2 1/2 years. I love its convenient location, variety of classes and times and welcoming atmosphere! I am so grateful to have PLY right in my backyard.
