Love Power Life! That class are HOT and consistent. The instructors make an effort to learn your name and make you feel welcome.

This place is my escape from reality. I typically attend the noon class; Gayle V. is amazing and so knowledgeable (as are all of the teachers). I really appreciate that the teachers take the time to know & remember your name. Also, it's very clean - which is very important to me when choosing a place to work out. I highly recommend Power Life!

PLY offers a wide variety of classes for every level of yogi.  I highly recommend this studio.  The space is calm and clean, the instructors and staff are knowledgeable and caring, and the classes are transforming.  LOVE PLY!!!
