Public Storage

Called to inquire about pricing, was quoted $45 for a 6x5 or something like that. Called back and this guy who said his name was JW, quoted me $50. I said I was quoted $45 and his response was the price went up within one hour but I’ll honor it. Next thing, he’s asking for a non refundable application fee of $15. Dishonest and untrustworthy. Will not be doing business with this place. My review is honest and sincere. I wonder if the other reviews are rigged or people got something for free to leave these 5 star reviews. Won’t put anything past this guy whoever he is.

Public Storage is AWESOME! I have rented from them for almost 9 years at different places around the country. The OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE in LONGMONT, CO from MARK (the site manager) and his employees is REMARKABLE, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, and PERFECT! He is always there to help, advise, and support his customers that he treats like FAMILY! I won't rent from anywhere else! -- JLS

I've been using this storage unit for 8 months now and I wouldn't trade it for another. This public storage has good quality service, with good quality prices. Mark and Heidi are incredibly helpful with information, help and service. I will definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good unit.

I've always gotten great service here and the people are always friendly. Prices are reasonable for the area. I would highly recommend this place😊
