Not only was their email communication clear, simple & thorough - check in was a breeze! Ron met us, walked us through everything, including the app which opens the gate for you! The unit itself was clean, in great shape & easy to find. Can’t recommend this place more we came from Simply Self Storage which was terrible & working with Ron was wonderful.

A great experience getting set up! The online reservation option helped us find the right sized unit at a great price and completing the lease online is easy. Ron at the Sinclair Road location took time to answer all our questions and show us how everything works. Happy to know he is on site!

Ron was very helpful, I got a smaller unit but he got me in, helped me out and got me to a comfortable location. Thank you Ron and keep being the great guy. So friendly and welcoming.

Its not often you get that type of service by phone these days so it's much appreciated! I've called the corporate number and was on hold for over 30 minutes before being cut off, so I was delighted by the friendly service from Ron! JK

Getting a storage unit here is very simple. They call you back promptly. The only service to get a unit is very easy but Rons in the office is amazing, very helpful.

Me and my wife came in for a showing of a storage unit at the Sinclair location in Columbus, and Mr. Ron gave us an excellent showing and was very helpful!
