Dakotah has been top notch manager. Ran into a situation where I needed to have my unit changed and lock cut because i lost my key. He handled it professionally. I highly recommend this facility.
We’ve never used storage units before. So far, we’ve had a nice experience. Dakotah is always extremely helpful and patient with our questions. Very fair pricing too!
Just want to say I appreciate when I see employees working hard at their job to make sure everything runs smoothly. And that definitely stands right now. Saw an employee working hard outside to make sure the entrance way looked presentable and was very pleasant. I think his name was CJ or TJ. Keep up the good work!!
When i came here i was lost Dakotah was so helpful and made me so happy that i had to get my storage here and i was like they need a manager like that in that store i would tell my family to get a storage from there and friends great job.

Great storage unit complex for all your needs. Very helpful personnel that go above and beyond to help out their customers. I used it as an alternative to the outrageous airport parking prices and saved a lot! Thanks Extra Space Storage!
One of the finest well run storage facilities I've used across the country. The process was a breeze & the rate was more than fair. I had T.J. help me out at the front desk & he made the process quick & easy. Steller guy & a great facility, wouldn't look anywhere else.
Dakotah and Team we're Super Friendly and Helpful. Once I was all Checked in Dakotah made sure I understood my options for locks and access. All in all I would definitely recommend storing with Innis Rd
