Update - they opened at 10:15am. Just running late. All good. Showed up for free jump on 4 May at 10am per website. Door was locked and lights off. Called number, but got automated system. Wouldn't tell me the hours, and no hours posted on the door. Several other parents, kids there and just as disappointed...

The front area smells nice and clean. Wish the inflatables rooms didn't smell so much like old shoes. The kids are OBSESSED though, so we'll be back for sure!

This place is AWESOME! We had my son's 3rd birthday here and the staff was amazing. Ashley and Joe made sure everything was taken care of. We didn't have to worry about anything. They rotate the too so the kids don't get bored of the equipment. The staff even climbed up the bounce houses to help the smaller kids. Just all around great service. The place was very clean considering their clientele. I would recommend to anyone who's throwing a party but doesn't want to deal with the hassle.

We went for the Saturday open jump "glow" session for $8 per kid from 5:15 to 6:45 . Be forewarned, you only actually get to be in the glow room for about 40 minutes since they make you stay in a different room until 6pm, then they make everyone leave at 6:40. There are literally only 3 bounce houses in each room. Ultimately not a bad price I guess, but the staff members weren't helpful and I've taken my kids to much cooler places before. 2 stars.
