Quest Diagnostics

I had to get blood work done for a surgery. The day before the surgery, we called to get the results and Quest said that I wasn’t in the system. I had already paid and had a receipt of when I was there and which tests I had done. When I argued, saying I needed the results in order to have my surgery, the representative told me I must have messed up and not have actually gone to a Quest Diagnostics clinic. ‍ they also told me that even though they LOST MY BLOOD, the couldn’t track it, they wouldn’t even try to help, and if I wanted to take another test, then I would have to pay out of pocket and not rely on my insurance. Oh, and they wouldn’t have it ready before my surgery anyway. So, essentially this clinic, after making a HUGE error and literally losing my blood, had no problem with me losing out on over $8000 of unused hospital costs for the surgery I prepared for but couldn’t get. DO NOT GO HERE.

Horror show. Been to this location a few times. Like getting blood drawn at the DMV. Some of these people seem to hate their job and have zero communication skills. They shouldn’t be working with people at all. Who ever is in charge of the hiring process has REALLY poor judgment. Save your dignity and go elsewhere for labs.

The worst experience ever !!!!! I made appointment 4 day ago and when I arrived I fund this sign on the door. They didn’t even inform me that they closed !!!

I was taking before my appointment, I was treated very well, had 0 pain during the bloodwork, tech was extremely polite and professional

These people hate their job and will send you away without even getting anything tested it’s worse than the DMV in a nightmare the people are absolutely horrible have no communication skills whatsoever and are extremely rude do not go here go to a different location Specifically the African-American woman and the bald European guy “supervisor” Wasted two of my days off of work mind you I am a schoolteacher and completely yelled at me as if I broke the law because they don’t know anything about medical testing or acronyms Do not go here
