Very professional pre-installation planning and bid, but the installation and follow-up was second-rate. My first installation was so bad, they re-did it at their cost, and it pushed back the completion of my project by more than 2 weeks. Then, upon the second attempt to do the job well, they didn't re-wire the phone line correctly. No follow-up, except to collect on their bill. I would not recommend.

They have completed a couple large jobs (50 feet of mirrors) at my health club, and I've been satisfied both times. Highly recommend.

I recommend you work with this team of glass experts!. They are honestly the most consultative and intelligent bunch of contractors I have ever met. Most "measure twice and cut once," yet this team of professionals analyze, envision, think of the structural necessities of a job, and measure over and over again. Then they cut with precision! They do it right! They care, and provide quality workmanship like it was their own grandma's house. I am very impressed by their caring, concern, politeness and integrity! They are likeable folks. Give them a shot at your project, and you will be happy with their product!

Ram Glass gave us great customer service, and their work is top quality. We were VERY impressed working with this company. From our initial contact, to the final product (glass shower doors) we couldn't be more pleased. Outstanding!
