Rapid Towing

Beware, they only accept cash. Sounds very fishy. Won't accept payment from insurance. Won't take a credit card. Did not ask where it needed to be towed after the accident, so now we have to pay double to get it where it needs to go. This is ridiculous. Edit: after the one star rating, was contact by Jameson. He had a much better attitude and a second set of rules to run by than the first person I spoke with. After all was said and done, car was taken to correct facility and insurance was billed accordingly. I brought the rating up, but still not a 5 star. Well, Back To Zero because they are now trying to bill insurance and insured for the same tow job. THIS COMPANY HAS LOST THEIR MIND. Talked to Jameson again - super apologetic, but until that front desk shows some tact, there is no changing this response.

Great crew more then willing to go the extra mile to help others in need they are quick to respond friendly and will get customers and there vehicles to a safe place in a timely safe manner.

Friendly and very helpful staff. They do say they are closed on the weekends. But for a $25 fee you can get your vehicle out on a Saturday or Sunday.

We broke down in Custer State Park in the middle of a big storm with thunder, lightning, rain and 50-75 mph wind gusts. Brad came all the way out from Rapid City and saved us. He also gave us a great referral for a repair shop who fixed our car quickly and for a fair price. And he drove us to a hotel after dropping off our car. Thanks Brad!!
