My car died in parking lot the day before thanksgiving. Jacob from Tow Pros was there fast! He was one of the most polite people I've ever dealt with. He kept me updated frequently and even sent me Happy Holiday wishes. Thank you so much Jacob!

This past weekend I managed to lock my keys in my car. My roadside assistance sent Tow Pros over to open my vehicle. The young man who arrived told me that my car was one of the most difficult to get at...he was right. But when he got the doors unlocked, my keys were on the back seat right where I had put them. Thanks, Tow Pros, for fast and dependable service.

KJ showed up promptly with a smile on his face & ready to help us with our car that wouldn't start. He was friendly, kind & knowledgeable. He took his time to explain things & answered our questions. Excellent customer service!

Had a great experience here! KJ came way the heck out there to pick me up when no one else would, helped me with insurance, and pointed out what had caused my problem. All around class A-guy. Thanks a million.

If I could rate higher I would. KJ saved us a lot of money! He was able to diagnose the problem on site and avoid the cost of a tow to the dealership. He provided me with more information than the service tech advisor at the dealership. Tow Pros has my highest recommendation. Thanks KJ and Tow Pros!!!!!!
