Wow, Where do I start? I went in to get quotes on repairing my engagement ring and resizing of my wedding band and couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. Cindy explained my options and provided EXCELLENT customer service from beginning to end. While I was there, I decided I wanted to go ahead and look at upgrade options. My husband has been hinting he wanted to upgrade my set, so I thought why not look since I was already there. 😉 Cindy never once made me feel rushed or pressured in my decision making. We discussed what I loved about my current set and how I wanted my new set to compliment. We talked about our every day lives while we looked, it made the visit more personable, warm and inviting. I didn’t feel like my visit was just another sale, it was about her helping me find something I loved. She showed me every ring I requested as well as ones she recommended. The visit was great, we wrote down my favorite so I could show my husband. Cindy also introduced me to Karen as well. Karen was amazing and shared wonderful insights about what I could do with my current set and made valid points I likely wouldn’t have thought of in the moment otherwise. (sentimental value of my current set bc I was going to use their buyback/trade for an upgrade offer.) Both Ladies were wonderful and I would highly recommend you stop in, visit and chat with them! I’m certain they’ll help you find the piece of Jewelry you will LOVE! Thank You Ladies for such a wonderful experience!

After shopping for rings with my fiance at several locations this was the only one that made us feel like we were equals. We were a bit put off at other locations, when the jewelers changed there attitude when they found out we were a gay couple. I dont remember the ladies name who helped us out but she was fantastic, and was impressively knowledgeable and showed us almost every ring possible. We left feeling like family. She made us feel like we made the best decision possible, and we are now both proud owners of over $4000 in wedding rings, and will not buy from anywhere else! Side note we never felt pressured to buy above our budget. We also spoke to about every employee there, each one left us with a warm feeling. This place is ran like a well oiled machine. Highly Recommend.

Reeds Jewelers was by far my the best jewelry store I’ve been to. The lady’s were helpful, knowledgeable, and dedicated to finding the perfect ring for my wife. I did have a Kay’s account but not anymore after the awesome experience we had at Reeds

Went to the store right before close. I had changed my mind on what I purchased earlier that day. I knew it was going to be a difficult transaction but the lady that helped me was so kind and Completed the transaction smoothly. So grateful it wasn't a problem or at least she didn't make it seem like it was! Thank you so much to her (didn't catch her name! Redhead!) and Karen who help me earlier that day she walked me through everything and was amazing as well.

Awesome experience at Reeds Jewlers located in Wilmington NC Mayfair. Melissa Beck was helpful throughout the whole process from financing to point of purchase. I was nervous and she and her sales associates went above and beyond to make me comfortable and make sure it was the best experience anyone could have. I am in sales myself and learned allot from watching these people and how they interact with there customers. A+ guys and girls. Will make sure to send everyone I know your way and will definitely be back for future purchases!!!!
