It’s not often I shop for jewelry, so when I needed something special made for my sister.. Baileys was the obvious choice. Sat down with Garrett to create a timeless piece using my mother’s engagement diamond and boy did he knock it out of the park. Went in with something simple in mind and he took it to the next level- exceptional customer service! Baileys staff is truly amazing- Deb and her team will take care of you!!

Marci was amazing to work with. She greeted us with a friendly smile and truly made our shopping experience one of a kind. Never once did we feel pressure to purchase. She knew diamonds inside and out you could tell she loves what she does! The manager and rest of the staff were also so welcoming and helpful. I’m so excited to have my dream ring and thankful we picked the right store! Thank you for making this one of the happiest times of my life!

My boyfriend and I went to Baileys for the first time today looking for an engagement ring. We were welcomed with open arms and immediately felt at home. The way that Alyssa was so personable with our needs made us sure that we wanted to go with Baileys for our engagement needs. Thank you again for making this experience memorable and simple.

Best customer service! No other jeweler was able to size my husband's original wedding band. They said they could do it and told me 3 weeks. I was excited because we have been trying to size it for years. They had it done in 3 days. The price they quoted was what we were asked to pay. Such excellent service and my husband is extremely happy.

My engagement ring was purchased there and the service I received was excellent! My ring needed to be resized so I brought it in the Monday after I got engaged. Joyce was wonderful! She made me feel so special and took time with me to explain how the warrenty worked. The repair department was also wonderful. The were so warm and friendly and I got my ring back in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
