The staff here went above any beyond to help me (and my clueless hubby) pick out the PERFECT engagement ring at a FANTASTIC price. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Will always recommend these guys as they truly seem to care about what they do and the service they provide. Thanks, Cecelia and Justin, for the great experience :) Couldn't have done it without you!

We’ve been going to Robinson’s going on six years now. They are honest, genuine, and are truly there to help you get exactly what you want from engagement, to holidays and beyond. There is no other store in the area that can compare. They always greet you when walking in and treat you like family. Not to mention, their jewelry is absolutely gorgeous!

These guys are always great. Knowing the owner and his staff, I know theyre all honest, hard working people that will go out of their way to assist a customer. I know that they genuinely assisted me for HOURS trying to pick out a ring.
They insisted on doing it right rather than get something I would regret. Not only that, they did it at a fraction of the price of some of the other big name chains (COUGH ZALES COUGH).
GREAT staff, friendly atmosphere, and prompt service. What more can you ask for?

So I originally went to Robinson's to get my engagement ring resized where I had ordered it 3 sizes too big (My rings are custom through Etsy). They did a great job of fixing it for me to where you couldn't tell that anything had been done...but that's really where my good experience ends.
I bought my wedding band about a year later - around 3 weeks before the wedding. I realized that the rings didn't lay flat stacked against each other. I mentioned something to the girl at the counter when dropping off the band to be resized (Etsy seller didn't have sizes as small as I needed), and she looked at the ring a moment before suggesting we remove the undercarriage. She explained that the pronged undercarriage was just there for decoration and wasn't supporting my center stone at all, and that was the only thing in the way of the rings stacking together. So, naturally, I asked "Is there any risk to that?" and she popped into the back to ask the jeweler to be sure, but they confirmed it would be easy - no problems. I was very excited. So I gave them my engagement ring to be altered along with my wedding band to be sized down and waited to get the call that it was ready. They got it done within a week and when I picked them up the jeweler, Justin Robinson, came out to give them to me. He told me he tightened all my black diamonds (that go around both bands) because they all seemed rather loose. I thanked him, paid, and took my rings with me. I was running late to work so I just put the engagement ring on and went about my day. At 5 I went to my then-fiance's work to visit him where he pointed out to me that one of my diamonds was missing. I frantically searched the ring and saw that one was gone with just an empty slot there. I was so upset! My Fiance' took the ring from me to inspect it and see if any others were missing when he says "your stone has a big scratch on it", and lo and behold but it did. I was irate. My Smoky Quartz center stone had a scratch on the bottom of it that looked to us as if it was done when the undercarriage was removed. So of course I call Robinson's and tell them my stone in scratched and my diamond is missing and they ask me to bring it back in the morning. The next morning I speak to Justin Robinson who says the diamond fell out because "remember I told you they looked loose" (didn't he say he tightened them? and none fell out in the year I'd been wearing it?) and that the Quartz stone was probably scratched when he was messing with both my rings under the microscope to see how they fit together. He noticed they just barely touched. He handed the ring back to me and told me if it "really bothered" me to bring it back and he would see if it could be polished, but otherwise they would put in a new black diamond for me. I let them do that work and then hoped that the scratch on my stone wouldn't bother me...
Fast forward to 8 months after the wedding. I no longer wear my engagement ring because every time I do the scratch gets worse. I finally get fed up enough with it to go back in and talk to Justin. He agrees to send it to be polished and we will see if anything can be done to prevent more scratching. I'm hoping that maybe I will actually be able to wear my ring! Until he calls me and tells me that it'll be $150 to polish the stone, and then we still have to figure out something else to altar the band so it won't scratch. Or I could get a new stone for $30 (?!) and then we will probably have to polish that down in size...and then still figure out the alteration part. I flat out broke down in tears on the phone and couldn't speak. My sister took the phone from me and told him to just give me the ring back and we will figure something else out.
TL;DR: They messed up my ring then wanted to charge to have me fix it. BAILEY'S is fixing their mistakes for them free of charge because they feel so horrible about what's been done to me. If you care about your jewelry, beware of Robinson's.

Had some custom work done here and they were great to work with. Justin was great about ordering the blue lab grown diamonds I wanted without getting snooty about not buying a 'natural' diamond. Since then we've been back for all my wife's jewelry.
